Return & Refund Policy – Muneva Shop

At Muneva Shop, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Pakistan for your convenience. Please note that we currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

All products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch to ensure quality and safety. We do not take responsibility for any damage or delay caused by courier companies during shipment.

If you receive a wrong item or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and a clear picture of the parcel. Our support team will review the case and guide you accordingly. You send a picture and video of product and check your product then give payment to courier service.

To avoid any issues, we recommend checking your parcel at the time of delivery before making the payment to the courier.
